Just a bunch of fighters based on Kiriyama's designs.

What do you think?

I didn't put too much thought into stances, maybe something to think about for future fighters )

Oh and they are this big cause I don't think I'm going to animate any of them. Just some static fighter sprites, kinda fun to do )))

The third girl to the right I'm guessing is a boxer by profession. However, for a boxer her stance is a little too open, in terms of her arm/hand placement. Her fists should be closer together, and maybe her head hunched a bit lower. The whole reason for this type of stance is so it makes it harder for the oppenent standing in front of you, to land a straight or jab, when the hands are in the way of the strike already. Not to mention, her feet are a bit too wide for a boxers stance. A boxer is generally taught to have their legs shoulder-length apart.

Of course, not all boxers have the type of stance I'm speaking of. The reason being, however, is because they have to adjust themselves according to their style and body type. Tall boxers generally have a more open stance, as they're main function is striking at a distance, and keeping the opponent away. Short boxers tend to be more tighter, unless they have some unorthodox style. I just felt that if she's a girl, she's probably going to be smaller than her male counter-parts, so her open stance poses a problem for her.

Again, I understand some artists have a need to show their character's face in an idle stance, and the realistic stance I'm describing may have the hands masking part of her face. I completely get that. I'm just saying that in terms of realism, her stance isn't great. And on the opposite end of the spectrum, if her excuse is a flashy style, it's not showing very well here. At any rate, I always enjoy custom fighters/idles from other folks. The sprites are kinda' big, but clean. Good job.

It only really stood out because in comparison to the girls they are the same size...maybe that explains the lack of a bulge.

Nice job tho the male's feet seem a bit small for a man : /
