I like it and I think is cute.

If the blouse have shadows her pants and her body should have them too. Care about the light source.

the hand is a little fat and the wrist looks odd, main problem though is the wonky shape of the head and hair that makes them feel separate. shape and shading of the hair are a bit strange too. anatomy of the body looks fine, but the pelvis looks kinda long given the amount of denim showing (ie lower the hips). the lines are the knees are also distracting, and the light seems to be coming from several different directions. the breasts probably need shading somewhere regardless (underside if the light source is from above).
