It's not logo, just wall ornament. Here is some tiles for this stuff.

With Limbo it unites atmosphere and similar visual style, especially for main character - his silhouette, big head, glow eye points.

But in Limbo  gameplay is based on physics, while the Stealer's gameplay is more arcade.

And yes, i love Abe's Oddysee :3
