How , serriously realy awesome for being your first piece of art . Though it looks like there is to much dithering . You should also notice that steal armours and such usually has straight lines in them . While biological things don't have stragiht lines . Still , great piece of art . ;)

I liked the texture, but I found through the anatomy fail.

 Your texture is good but you need to work on the outlines and make them cleaner. Don't worry though, you are far better than most are for their first pixel art. You might also need to clean up the dithering a bit.

 Thanks! Yeah I don't really know dwarf proportions either... just kinda guessed. The head is probably too small. As for the golden armor that's what I was going for, but I guess it looks too dull. 

Kinda nice, especialy for a first. I was going to scream that the proportions are off, but then i read it wa based on Tyrion. And i have no idea on dwarf proportions. Shouldnt his armor be golen? I like the metalic look on his armor.
