I really like the shading and contrast on the lamp but I think the green whisp could be improved, maybe some more highlights or something.

 Nice! I really dig the shading on the lamp and the shape of the handle, as well as the greens on the smoke.

However, the spout (?? nozzle? I don't really know what to call it) looks weird when you consider the angle of the rest of the lamp, how the top of the spout is a straight horizontal line like that. Here's some photos in a similar angle to what you were going for:

That last one is from a slightly downward angle, but you get my point - that the spout kind of curves. It wouldn't be completely straight horizontal like that.

The 'wisps' coming off the top of the smoke stuck out to me, too - it looks more like frayed fabric than smoke, though I really like the bottom part of the smoke where it's coming out of the lamp, it has nice form.

Luckily there are a bunch of hella good references to help you out with this.

Alternate suggestion: You could make the smoke be starting to take the forms of a genie or something.

Overall, I like it - and please don't take my critique as an indicator I don't! I'm critiquing BECAUSE I like it, and I think it could be even better with some tweaks.
