Great flying animation, I've tried that before and totally failed to achieve it :P

Really smooth, and I like the shading. But shouldn't it move upwards when the wings flap down? It looks out of sync.

Really like this.  I would say though that you might try delaying the first frame of rising and also delay the falling by a frame or two even.
