I think I spotted the banding, is it on the top of the tuft of hair?

You're right for the dark blue! About AA, is there a way to use AA on the outlines while not risking to f*ck it up for darker backgrounds?

Very crisp and clean, nice character design.

A hint of banding in the hair and the shirts could a use a  few AA-pixels to break up those hard black outlines. But be careful with the broken outlines in the faces, as they currently won't work with dark backgrounds. The dark-blue color is a tad too dark in relation to the other colors.
