Haven't posted anything at PixelJoint in a long time, and this will probably be the only thing I post for quite some time (until maybe another project I have in mind).

This is meant to be an FF1-style version of a monster from Monster Hunter (I've only played Tri and this is probably my favorite in that game).

Uses NES palette, assumed to be tiled on a black background.

You should really make a biger difference between the shapes this is unreadable, it looks like abstract art if it isn't.

 The readability problems aren't new to me, since they were a huge issue while working on it, but I wanted to finish it instead of scrapping it (or doing over).

 I think this is a great idea, but I can't tell what is happening or recognize Diablos in this piece at all.
