Colored version of iSTVAN's lineart. 16 colors+background.  Other than my "buzzcut" icon, this is my first time dithering something, so it might suck.  Oh well.

The lineart is in the forum here at Pixeljoint.  I may make some suggested changes to the piece, especially the ill-received shadow.

I saw the lineart somewhere but I forgot where... anyway very nice job!

looks neat from here. I like the soft effect you've given it. Makes him look squishy, while at the same time ferocious. But I guess I agree with the others about the shadow. It just doesn't fit in for some reason. good job though.

I didn't AA the shadow, and I'm not really sure what you mean by "lighter grey dots", as the only grey I used is the background.  Also, I couldn't make it a transparent .gif because detail was lost when it was uploaded (atleast on my computer).

I love the texture, but i don't think it fits in this kind of dinosaur.. It's supposed to be mean, scarier.. And it looks cute =/. Nice job at all

The texture looks great, but I'm confused on a few points:
1. Why did you use the black pixels in the shadow... the piece would look better without.
2. Why you AAd the shadow to the grey bg. It really didn't need it, and you lose the option to change the bg colour.
3. The lighter grey dots in the shadow don't need to be there.

Obviously you've never seen a Dinosaurus Rex.  They're very soft/dull creatures, so of course I wanted to capture that in this artwork.  But on a serious note, I should probably use more contrast in my work, and I've noticed I also often use very dull colors.  Thanks for the constructive criticism, though.  Also glad to hear my dithering is alright,  I'm used to doing isometric work and not using dithering all too often.

I love your work on the mouth and eye, and face in general, but I reckon you could've used a little more contrast on the body. It looks a little soft and dull. Still nice dither work though!

You do iSTVAN's lineart justice.  Your highlights really do the job.
