Wow, I love the feel to this piece and that's hard to do, giving a picture a good vibe. Reminds me of the doks on Shenmue :).

Wow awesome scene, the sky looks a little strange, but the colors of this piece is really impressive.

This looks great. One thing that stuck out to me was that on the boat, there's a great texture on the hull, but the tower bit where the ppl go (sorry, not really into boats), doesn't have any texture, it's just block colour.
Wouldn't suggest as much as the hull (cos it's further away), but I think it needs a bit to take the shine off.
Good job though... I think the sky is really cool, and the water has has a real oceany feel to it.

I must say that it doesn´t realy look like you did this entrely by hand...but if you did, you have to forgive me, cus it´s very good painted in that case.
