It's from a challenge at pixelations old forum, the subject was to make an evil character with 8 colors restriction

Yeah, the eye is a bit to high because is a kind of camera mounted on the helmet, so he has some special vision googles inside the helmet :)

the eye looks a bit too high, but 8 colors??? wow
