I lived in this house a long time ago ... I sat down to brush up on some isometric stuff and ended up making my old child hood home. I did it completely from memory, but I think it's pretty accurate. Now I just need to find a picture to compare it too ...

This would be a lot better technically if it lost the gradients and the noise for the grass. If you ever come back to this, try to redo it in pixel-purist style.

sensation - those "crates" are actually tiered flower boxes my father built attached to the side of the deck! I, knowing what they are, didn't see the similarity to crates, but you're right!

Can't tell you how many times I snuck out that window right below the peak of the house (in the middle, not the front!)

lol, funny how there are crates there. did you live on the country side by any chance? if so, that could explain the crates (maybe, maybe not; i've just never seen a house with crates near it)
