This is just some random design that I came up with a few days ago and just finished a couple of minutes ago.  My main goal isn't necessarily the concept this time, since I was aiming for more practice with much larger portraits.  Not sure on how much I've accomplished, though.

the anatomy on the face is a little screwed up, the pixelling on the face is pretty good though

nice job, very good shading, altho i would suggest to antialias the hell outta it. It would really smooth it out and make it imo much cooler.

You also used the black in his coat very well. usally im not fond of black but you used it very nicely.
