Looks great, but the "DS lite" bit looks a bit weird, because you've AAd it to go on a white bg, and then made it transparent...Apart from that great work!

With such a broad pallette, I would expect more shading and contrast. You seem to be working only at the extreme ends of the pallette. The proportions are perfect, but add a few shadows, and remove unneccessary ones (like the one on the screen).
