The art is way cute and the overall web design is just enough to have some flair, yet shows the art well. For those seking to develop their own personal website for their pixels, this is a great model to follow! |

There is no need to download and install traditional offline software. You can draw pixels having only a plain browser without any plugins! Furthermore, you can publish your picture to the Web with several mouse clicks, or save to your HD to work at another time. |

Posted by jalonso at 3/8/2006 9:35:33 PM | 0 comments I was looking for a tutorial and noticed the Games section had no MAC goodies. This site is awesome because all the games are abandonware and everything is old school pixel art. If you have OSX without a native classic startup disk some games may not work because of resolution conflicts. Some gems can be found there. |

Posted by jalonso at 2/7/2006 9:57:06 PM | 0 comments I came across this site and thought it was interesting. For WINDOWS XP ONLY. I am a mac user so I make no reccomendations whatsoever. It seems to be mainly for icon editing/cretaion but mentions that "new" tools have been added some of which are layers and animation. Demo is available if interested. |
