whats wrong when my grafx2 doesnt allow me to open folders?

72 colors is pretty much, because you have so many similar ones there. Example you could  use same colors for shading and same browns with that emu and moose. :)

The lightsource is on top of the cadle, so the shadow cant be so long.

its difficult to read that character cus looks like its face is melted to the grass. Also this on needs contrast...

The eyes on the BG should be brighter, because animals eyes reflect light pretty much.

well, when u shade a cube/block theres should be one side dark, one side medium and one light. Like dark shade, medium shade and high light. :) 

Loving it. Only crit is tail, its like stick moved by wind.

It's hard to understand it face, but otherwise very nice sprite. :)

no, i mean that ipod(?) should not go so straightly to underwater.

if you want it to be natural, it should not go straight to the "bottom". :) hope you understand what i mean,
