Weeeeell...the "Good old Times"-Project was rather simple: I took the tiles, enlarged them, made them isometric, made it look 3D and stuff (I actually used a technique which I call "3D-pixeling", where you made just cubes which resembles a 3-dimensional pixel, and putting these together so it's coming out a 3-dimensional Part out of something. Hope you understand). There are 6 different pictures which I will sort by the time they are released. The different "time zones" include: SMB1, SMB2j, SMB3, SMW, SMB1AllStars, SMB3AllStars. I hope, that this doesn't count as "ripped". If so then...you'Re probably not going to see this here. Credits to Nintendo.

@NiceIdiot: Yeah, I remember this. Someone showed me this iso Metroid stuff when I posted the Good old Times-pictures at deviantART.
It's done pretty cool. Wasn't my source of inspiration though ;)

Great work only thing bothering me right now is the stair blocks that look very odd in comparison to everything else! Maybe change the lightin on them around.

Hmmm, isometric Mario. It would be cool for a Mario game to have a style like this. 5+/5
