It definately is smooth together well until you get to the lightest color that just stands out too harshly comparatively

I don't think that he number of colors will make an art less good. Everyone has is own style. I really like it and like the colors you use. Good work :)

way too many colors-espicially a piece that size-ive seen ones twice that size with only 5 colors and the look good.

If it isn't a color reduction as Shark said, you've used all to many colours.

Anyway, it looks wierd, I think you have turned the wings upside down or something, cus you can see the birds back and the top of it's head, but the wings start at the bottom in height with it's feet.

Great style. You definately could have recycled a few colors there, I bet you could easily get them down to 16 or less.
