i think its supposed that the head is moving up and down like that i luv it

I agree with big brother; surely it is an awesome animation, but it's got its flaws, specially analysing it just as a sprite. His right arm looks really flat, his chest has gota wrong lightsource and need more shadow, since he's leaned down and light won't ever reach his chest.
Hahah this is priceless! Looks just like he's listening to some hardcore song or something and then he goes "YEAAAAAH" Great animation!
The piece is very flat; it's hard to distinguish his right hand, as it uses the same colors as the rest of his body and fades into it. I would add some darker values into the mix, which would make him pop out as a sprite more. The animation is generally smooth, but his legs jump oddly before his yell. Also, the panting loop is a little hard to read. It seems like he's shaking out his legs before stretching or something.
