There isn't enough 'turning movement' on his body to warrant his legs moving so much... It is nicely done though...

Yeah I'm thinking about making his hair move a little bit and the dog tag aswell.. The reason why he moves so "bouncy & crazy" is because he's a crazy mexican.. =P And I'll look into the leg thing. But I actually tried to do this movement infront of the mirror before animating it and it looked like this!

i tihnk, were he to bounce like that, his knees would still be a bit less bowlegged and his torso would swivel, but other than that this is quite good. the top part seems a bit stiff compared to the legs though >.<

Agreed about the dance.

However, if he actually bounced (like, actually-left-the-ground-jumped kind of thing) I think the leg motion would be justified. The chain is ace, the legs move smooth as sex, and the whole thing looks great. He just needs that 'bounce', imo.

He looks a lot like Heihachi Mishima from Tekken 1.

His leg animation is too fast, you should slower it down, since it is a "idle" stance. The chain animation is incredible through, but his dog tag should move too.
