Lazyness or not, I really like this style of mixed blocky shading with smooth lines. Nice stuff.

I think the lineart matches its style perfect. Its rough and cartoonish. I love the use of squares. Pretty funny too.

I love this style, I just absolutly love it.
(It's a little rough around the edges though. but that's part of the style)
Wonderful use of the MSpaint colors.
I didn't even know the one you used for the highlight and the background was a default color!
