gorgeous! his arms look like they're moving backwards though, is subtle but weird for me :) great job otherwise, good personality and detail!

This is well animated, however i feel like he is jerkin in the face a bit maybe rotate a little more of the face?Still great animation!

There is only one pixel in the entire animation that I'd place differently.
On the hat, beside the white emblem on the frame that has it (the white emblem) merely three connected pixels in the shape of a backward L. There is a dark red pixel there that I would make the second-lightest shade of red, rather than the second-darkest.
Other than that, you have more favorites than you do comments. I think that speaks for itself.

Impressed I am. Color choice, lineart, shading, animation all excellently done, including taking account of how the sprite's apparent momentum changes when it is actually moving across the screen.<3

They shoulda hired you to make the sprite animation for the new mario bros instead of using motioncapture of 3D models.. This is so smooth and consistent with your style. Just gotta love it :)
