Okay; so this is alot about symbolism (apparantly). I had a few ideas in mind when making this piece, but the most important one was abut people. You know how the world can seem like a gray and sad place? And then that person comes around like a spark of colour with their charm/humour/ideas/friendliness/etcetc. (I originally made only the shell coloured to enlighten that it isn't always the person itself that makes an impact, but things they carry on or how they make people feel - and sometimes even change themselves.)

Reminds me a ton of the zombie snail parasite...Except, you know, with the exact opposite mood.

The contrast on the piece not only suggests that the snail's shell is emitting colored light, but that everything else is greyish-blue. It's like a warped take on greyscale. I love it.

I like it how that it seems that the shell is glowing and it is night (when its dark it seems everything is grey). Also the concept and the thought are also so simple yet interesting... this deserves to be 1st top pixel art...

Very nice. I'd rather not listen to explanations of the intended symbolisms, personally, when looking at symbolist art. It's supposed to work on it's own, no?

Normally I don't fave stuff just 'cause it's pretty. Not only is this pretty, but it also has a level beyond art that makes me want to applaud. Unfortunately, me clapping in front of my computer makes my family want to call the men in white coats.

As i said, fantastic piece. Now it doesn't have that bright pink background from the WIP the colour/s work superbly. Really pleasant to look at.
