An old work, made with deluxe paint II (yesss that wonderfull old msdos program, i use it sometimes ^_^) the background is not pixelated, as it's some kind of smoke generated by a filter, but the guy is pixelated old style (i'm don't like the dithering i used...)

do not submit things that are not 100% pixeled. this place is for pixel art and pixel art alone. and for that reason i am sending this back for revision

If the BG is not pixelled, you should remove it and resubmit with just the pixels you made by hand, no?

Have you ever planned to improve your piece htdreams, because soon or later someone will say that it is far too dithered and pillow shaded ...
Anyway, the character is quite interesting in his attitude.
