Is the shading on the shoes suppose to change that drastically in that way when his upper body moves? :p Looks kind of funny to me. And I agree that his legs should move. I'd find it hard to heave like that without using my legs.

His stance and the way his feet are positioned makes him look retarded, and the key looks a bit static. You should make it move just a little bit.. Other than that I think it looks cool!

The animation is awesome. Sora looks kinda chibish, and that's why the animation looks great on him. The shading changes while he moves as well. Now that's a true piece or work!
