I think the dithering is overly busy for such a small piece, which doesn't help the readability of the intent of this pick. It took me a while to recognize it was a fish face. Maybe less dithering, and a different fish for the face, which isn't so upturned with the mouth would help it read better?

Really nice! I really like the rendering on it and the colors you picked for the piece! The idea is also really unique and really funny! 

I do have a small critique though, which is that the eye doesn't read all that well from a distance! Though I totally get it, taking into account the pallet limitations! Regardless I don't think it particularly takes away from the piece!
