tween = when you let a proggy like ImageReady make the frames in beTWEEN for you rather than hand pixelled frames

NVPA = just a joke by tomic that means Not Very Pixel Art. Based on the real term NPA (Non Pixel Art)

Anything not hand made is a big NO-NO in pixelart. Reference material is cool but should be shown in the description to keep thing calm (some PJ members know every single website and will catch you

the background is some random little photograph, sorry. i should have said so. i did this guy a while ago. i'm just getting into pixeling a little more these days. what is a tween, and what is NVPA? btw most of my stuff is just paint and a cheap gif animator. thanx for noticing me.

I like it but the character could do with some work to make it stand apart from the background a bit more if you ask me.

Something about the way the BG moves seems like some tools were used on this (maybe a tween). I can see the pixel art parts but some areas don't seem to be all handmade, its kinda NVPA*.
