big brother: Yes, you are right, it also bends a little at places, I just went with misshaped as opposed to perfect handle, it is also supposed to angle forward slightly, i hope it doesn't look too bad :D The leader eye color is also in the mammoth eyes. I did use a few colors too many, haha, i was aiming for 32.

2dgamers: Haha, I should work on my games more

Didn't notice it at first, but the spear closest to us seems to vary in thickness. I feel ashamed to even bring up this niggle. :)

Are the leader's eyes a unique color?

buloght, now I understand why you can't make a game... you're too busy making these wonderful masterpieces!!! If game design cramps your style in any way, I'd say forget the games and keep making these wonderful images. Great job, as always.

Lovely work on this buloght. In my opinion this one creates the best sense of depth of all of your scenes. I really dig the mix of grey/blue, the snow in the foreground and the blue outlines on the mammoths in the background. The simplified trees are also very effective. Great stuff mate.

jalonso: Thanks haha, I don't usually start with highlights, but I got stuck with the fur trying to fo from shadow, I needed to know where the final fur/snow highlights/light would be.

Great pixel, duh. That WIP was a true visual delight.
I found it most interesting that you too begin shading with highlights.

This piece is just great! I really like how you've captured the feeling of a storm with it snowing like that, the dark sky, heavy shading, and the other scouts sort of blurry. I can practically hear the wind, hehe. I really like the snowflakes too. What an awesome piece!

Wow. I love your scenes. They seem to convey some type of traveling, or migration in your subjects. The only problem I see with this is that the hunters heads seem very tiny in comparison with their bodies. Was this intended, as they are a different race? Other than that, this is another great scene from you. Love the stuff.
