Riva, this is ment for a normal screenres, however there will be a thick black border above and below the "level" where you will see different stats, such as your life, different items and so on. And about the hero, I can't agree with you, I think he looks cool hehe 
I think I will work more on the cars like you said, I actually redrew the tileset a couple of times to match the cars, but now that you mention it I can see that it's the other way around 
I'll add some mockup scenes later where you'll see how this will look in game!

Hi. I really like this piece. Tiny and detailed. Nice style also.I just dont know what device is the game ment for, since the image is only 95px high.
Some cc:
-hero's stance is questionable. Instead of looking tough he looks like he needs to pee or falling backward.
-all cars in the image seem to me kind of worse shaded then rest of pic.
specificaly: they are blurry, lack clear definition of shapes (the wrinkled body areas), parts are too pillow-shaded, really lack AA.

Thanx for the comments everyone! Yeah I'll look into that police car thing tomorrow ´Maybe I'll update it or maybe I'll wait until the game is finished showing you some screenshots! And yes, this will be a playable game

the furthest police car looks to bright, but other then that this is fantasitic!!

I like it a lot except...for the center police car in the back. it looks odd to me, maybe too wide? or maybe not tall enough? and then the windshield looks like it broke into squared off edges. other than that, great work.
