The shadow, is very much so off. I'm not sure where, but I saw something on isometric shadows recently. Basically, you want to pick one of the four sides and protrude the shadow from there. Trying to do a shadow from two different sides creates a messed up perspective and a shadow that doesn't make sense. Also, the chimney shadow doesn't match up with the house shadow. I feel that a lot more effort could be put into this. Filling the flower box with dirt, for example. If you post your next piece in the WIP section of the forums, you should be able to get the help you need without asking for it here.

it looks good for your first pixel art, but id say you should remove all black outline, make all the outlines lighter or keep them black, cause it looks unfinished this way. Also, id say the house could do with some more detail and texture... so maybe that would be nice to improve or your next pieces...
