This is my try at the weekly challenge... some sort of metroid game background. The plants grow glowing fruits and flowers, so they get the needed light. actualy my first try at a challenge, guess it came out ok... EDIT: whops, I missread about the character part, I thought that we where not allowed to add any characters... so there are none in mine, but well... EDIT2: well now there are some characters in there as well...

It is conform to a grid: an 8x8 pixelgrid, and all slopes and platforms are aligned to it.

Erm, I believe that the image should be made of tiles?
It's true that every tile can be unique, but I guess they should still conform to some sort of grid or proportion.
I like the image, btw :D Very pictoresque.
