Yeah, still rockin'. Not only in Russia, btw, there are lots of active sceners outside ex-USSR. Mostly from ex-socialistic-oriented countries for some reason :)

Only thing that seems off to me is the diffent styles used on the hands. One is all cartoony round and the other angular. The cat..err... dog is awesome.
