That's really interesting and original. I like it. I don't know what the blocks are but I'm wondering if they could cast a shadow from the sun...(but then again that would have a serious effect on the overall feel of this peice)

Edit: Sorry..I realised that they are clouds.

For someone who hates black outlining in iso pixel. Here I must say they work and seem appropriate. My thing with this pixel is its finished is the sun. I can see the BG sky being 2D with the sun too as a tie in, design wise. For this to work however the sun should be more graphical and be there without it being there. I suppose a big yellow circle that bleeds off the edge is the simplest way to do that. Otherwise the sun should be shaded to correspond with the iso elements lighting. Nonetheless I really like this but it could be refined just a little bit more.

I saw it in the forum, it looks very original and interesting ... but for some reasons it seems unfinished to me..But I' m not sure of what to change it to make it better...
what is the green cylinder at the bottom?

I'd remove the black outlines on the clouds, and work on the perspective of the cylinder.  The trees and textures are nice, but that tank looks a little odd aswell.
