this one's from months ago, but I got tired of it sitting unfinished in my folder, so I hurried up with the rest of it. so some of the leaves falling and the growing animation was made in like 15 minutes. but I wanted to submit it, so here it is, for what it's worth I guess

I think the black square is for VISUAL IMPACT!!!   

 I could go either way with it though...  The creature is jarring enough as it is.
