Frostpumpkin:In 2005 Pixeljoint was kinda new and didn't have so many members so the pixelartlevel was lower.But i think this piece is great,It has always been a great reference for me when im drawing green slimey stuff!

and THIS got the 2nd place ? sry but I think you realize that is strongly over-rated.Anyway the piece is good, but it could be way better, what about a revamp, It should be really interessting to see the difference.

I love the shading, it makes him look all plasticy, but for some reason that aint a bad thing for a turtle, obviously plastic shininess rocks in the turtle world cause he looks cool!!
And the design of the shell is also brilliant!!
It gets a fave from me, nuff said!!

Im really fond of this piece, and its obvious the coloured job you did on this really distingishes the piece, not that Quark couldnt have done well himself, but I really find the colours shines on this. The pallete is relatively limited, but youve created so much depth.
An underrated piece methinks.
