I downloaded a TP model pack for garrysmod 10 the other day, And after spawning and checking them all out, I liked this little guy the most. You've done a pretty good job - And although i know that in a career in pixel art you'd have to work to a colour limit, I don't think it's a very big issue in this piece. Great Job.

very good i like it =D the only thing is the hair on the helmet... dunno i think it doesn't fits the style don't like it =S
