Haha, mint :D The shading is very good, although it's slightly off on his stomach area.

Reminds me a lot of some of Emanu's native characters from his Ninja Love Pirate. I like what you've done here. He'd fit perfectly into an adventure game.

I really like the style and design. The shortening of limbs and exaggerating of certain areas in the anatomy really give it character but some areas need tweaking; most noticebly in the bicep/tricep/shoulder region.
