The Driftopod is a hovering faceless Pokemon that goes through a metamorphosis and evolves into a blimplike creature.

Drfitopod legs become the Gestipods hatching tubes which then become the jaw bones of the Megapod.  The horn becomes a ground screw, which then becomes the Megapods teeth.

@Chris - Tried not to shadow the black legs, but you may be right.

@ilkke - Want some?

@051 - You're right.  I tried something a little different.  It doesn't even have eyes.  I just wanted to make something that looked neat.  And honestly if you look through all the other submissions I can only see about 2 that are true poke-style.

For the caterpie-Metapod-Butterfree. Thats kinda diff because its a well known natural evolution.
For pikachu and Raichu, they actually have a good amoutn in common. Color, tail, ears, cheek things.

Not saying theres anything wrong with the major differences in evolutions.
As another thing, the things sticking out on the 1st and 2nd could use shadows. Although that might turn out looking weird.

Pokemon all have separate levels of evolution "difference" and I don't think there is anything wrong with them looking too alike or looking too different.  For example, compare the evolutions of Caterpie > Metapod > Butterfree with that of Pikachu > Raichu.

This is why the description includes what the body parts evolve into.

The last one is a little bit too different.
