This is totally rockin'. Love the detail and colors.
Reminds me of the robots in Elevator Action II, which is surprisingly not a porn movie.

GUTS: The Sidekick/Hiptop is pretty darn near as "smart" a phone as you can get. :)

Looks good so far. The firing looks a bit static compared to the rest of the animations -- might want to revisit that if time allows.

it quite reminds me the ship in the last part of Gunstar Heroes(MD) wich is, indeed, an exelent game.
