I have a hunch this is not going to be very popular with the crowd, but I just wanted to try something new ;D

I'm not completely satisfied with the end result, but I've been trying to accomplish something for a while now, and I think this brought me one step closer.

The pixel grid offers so many possiblities for stylization, so why forever try to break it with antialias and such?

@sausage: Actually the idea itself is around 6 years old. I've made various incarnations of it, but couldn't find out how to solve it in shaded 4x4 pixel size. Until now.

The more I look at it the more I want to laugh! I didn't think it was a monkey, more like some crazed old dude, but a monkey it is... I don't have any problems with the style, I think it's awesome!
