Reminds me of the guy from Frisky Dingo. I very much like how the belly jiggles, it's quite expressive in this piece, and for only 12 colors, Zee likes it.

I like the character and I like that you've tried to give it a sense of movement, but I think the animation could be a little less cut and paste.
