Hah, nice. I like her facial expression. I prefer the preview's background to the transparent, though.

You could probably cut this down to 16 colours or so. It might be good practice to try :)

Witchy WITCH!! Nice little witch. I think some area like the hand holding the broom could be cleaned up just a little. I like her expression
