Character is very nicely posed, but the colouring needs work.There is way to much contrast in the image (maybe you need to you turn up the contrast on your monitor?).
The fire (?) especially (and yet more so as it's a background) needs smoother transitions.
With the high contrast in the image some of the nearer colours (white and lightest grey) become uselessly indistinguishable.
