Those are some really long fingers in comparison to that thumb. Maybe you were going for a certain type of style here that I don't get with the hand. But I would surely work on the anatomy of your next piece (if you do something like this again).

He's holding the gun in a really uncomfortable way. The thumb ends before the handle. Hmm, weird.

Too many sharp angles! Smooth it out, add some depth... this peice isn't meant to be 1 bit, IMO.
