Her boobs are completely excessive. I understand excessive can be fun, but IMO should only be done when it's needed to communicate the idea. Which in this case seems just to be, you were horny and you drew something to reflect that horniness. IMO that's something that belongs in a 'doodles' directory on your computer, rather than uploaded to a gallery, since it has no particular aim or artistic merit.

As for technical merit -- aside from boobs the pic is decent, you could have chosen better matching skin and hair colors, her top is boring and would benefit from texturing, and you probably need one additional skin color (easily attainable by merging skin and hair color ramps) I'm not sure whether it's a bad or good thing that she's, stereotypically, white.

Holy crap. Friggin' baloons.
You need to work on your AA and selective outlines.
Her collar seems quite unfinished, and her eye seems a bit overly slanted. Oh yeah and her boob is MASSIVE. It's bigger than her head lol.
Some of your shapes and circles could do with refining.
Other than that, it's not bad.
