Yeah, the challenge  was to make something illustrating a given word with an unknown meaning, and this is what popped in my mind.

Interesting. "Podooshka" word exists in Russian. It means "a pillow".

Very cool visual, proving horrid colors are not an obstacle. Something about the word bubble doesn't work layout/design wise. Visual balance is off.
