Back in 2000, when I had my dreamcast(alive :'(), I visited one of my friends to spare some time playing games as usual. he told me about this awesome ship game with that japanese name. At that time, I already was a big fan of Shoot 'em Ups, or SHMUPs. When the game started, I couldn't but fall in love at first sight. Several years later, while abusing of deviantART's search function, I found this wonderful piece, and suddently I had a vision: a 2D version of that wonderful ship called IKARUGA. _{©Ikaruga - Treasure}

I see... well, that's one of the problems of working with something with that amount of small details. I couldn't make it 100%(or at least 75%) accurate.

any ideas?

well they look quite flat, more like an x than the indents on the original ship

Very nice, though I think those black dots on those legs(AA?) don't look good with transparency, but great overall.
