First go at EGA and I have to admit I really like what I did here. Follow the progress of the main character ( gunman A ) on the WIP section of the forum. Didn't really know what to do with him at one point so I started drawing a river of blood, decided a floating skeleton would be sweet, added in the foliage, mountain, sun and clouds last. The clouds were the trickiest for me. I had the dino moving his head, but it was too distracting from the rest of the stuff going on in the blood so I got rid of it. Hope you guys like, I think i'll do more EGA stuff from now on.

Very cool, very classic look. Actually, it looks better than the real thing would be. Why couldn't there have been EGA games like this?

@surt: yeah I had the skeleton bobbing, but the movements were too much so I spred them out in an irregular pattern across the animation, giving them 7 frames each here and there and that looked stupid too so I actually fudged with the 2nd frame and made the movement less and went back to the regular movement. The skeleton is really for you guys :)

Glad you guys like this, I freaking love it, I aleady have plans for more work like this.

Beautiful, no real crits with it, but might be nice if skeleton's movement wasn't so regular, maybe some bobbing or such-what.

If this were a real game I would play the shit out of it. I'd love to see some more EGA stuff by you because it really is an awesome palette.
