Nice stuff, but I think you got a little over excited with the AA. It looks very soft, and soft isn't really a trait I would generally associated with a war machine.
Also the soft green colouring doesn't quite fit the "desert" in the title.

A desert tank would have sand-colored armor for camouflage. Not to mention the fact that it looks like it's moving on grass. But otherwise it's very smooth.

Haha, wow. For a minute I thought this was a walkie-talkie; the barrel of the turret looks like it is attached to the corner of the body like an antenna on a walkie-talkie. Try to separate the barrel from the lower body and show its attachment to the turret more. Also, 48 colors? There're hardly 48 pixels here. :P Work on conserving colors; this would work in 8 or 16 colors with pretty much 0 loss of detail.
