I don't get the jumping of the hat. I would guess it's jumping as a result of firing the gun, but it jumps twice for every shot. I think it would look better and more natural if it jumped to one side on one shot the to the other side on the next shot.

I agree, the spazz hat was cooler. but I like the revision.

I think this one looks better, but I prefer the older one's animation, with the less rhythmic, more spastic hat movement.
